At Crossroads Family Dentistry, your treatment costs will be clearly explained to you prior to your treatment beginning. At the time of scheduling your appointment, your reservation fee will be collected. Co-payments for treatment are due at the time of service, in full, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes we are!
Do your providers see children?
Yes, our practice is a family dental office. We recommend that your child have their first dental visit somewhere around ages 3-4. For the safety of your child and our staff, we do not allow children in the treatment rooms unless they are the patient being treated that day.
Do you take my insurance?
Our providers are in-network with most major insurances at the PPO level. We do not accept HMO plans. If you have questions about your insurance network please contact your insurance carrier.
Does your office see dental emergencies?
Yes, we do. We do our utmost to have some emergency patient time each day but be advised that emergency times are limited.
Does your dentist do root canals?
The needs of each patient are different and some cases are more complex than others. Our providers do perform endodontic treatments such as root canals, but there are cases where we may need to refer the patient to a specialist.
Does your office do white fillings or metal fillings?
Our provider’s standard of care for the treatment of tooth decay is composite fillings or white fillings.
Do you offer same day crowns?
Yes, we do. Our office is proud to be utilizing the latest in same-day restorative technology and in many cases we offer same day crown restorations. The needs of each patient differ and in some cases, a same-day restoration may not be possible for a variety of reasons but we do our best to accommodate same day treatment whenever possible.
How long will my first visit take?
Depending on your needs our new patient appointments typically range between one hour and ninety minutes.
